Why are fees going up?

The fee increase helps us continue to offer high-quality services to all our patients. Rising costs for supplies, medications, and essential services make this adjustment necessary to maintain our current level of care and improve resources for everyone who relies on us. We understand that any increase in fees can be concerning, and we want you to know that we’re committed to keeping healthcare as accessible as possible.

What do I do if I can’t afford the increased fees?

We understand that healthcare costs can add up, and our mission is to support all patients, regardless of their ability to pay. Our sliding scale fees are designed to make sure everyone has access to the care they need. If  you can’t afford your fees, we are here to work with you on finding the best way forward. 

Are there other ways to fund the organization without having to raise fees?

We work diligently to secure funding from a variety of sources, including grants, donations, and partnerships, so that we can keep our services as affordable as possible. These fee adjustments allow us to continue serving everyone with quality, accessible care. We’re always exploring additional funding opportunities to keep costs down for our patients and community. 

What if my income changes or I can’t pay the new fee? 

We know that circumstances can change. If your income or financial situation shifts, please let us know, and we’ll review your case. Our goal is to be here for you, and we’ll work with you to adjust your fees according to our sliding scale. Your health is important to us, and we’ll do our best to make sure finances aren’t a barrier. 

Will fees keep going up?

We are taking a gradual approach for increased fees to reduce the burden on our patients. We expect that healthcare costs will continue to rise and may need to increase our fees again in the future.  

We make every effort to keep costs as low as possible for as long as possible and are always looking for ways to enhance our services affordably.  

Fee adjustments are not made lightly and are based on the rising costs we face in providing quality care. Please know that we’re committed to maintaining open communication with you and ensuring we remain an accessible healthcare option for our community.
